VinificationMaceration with peel for few hours inside the horizontal wine press and then begin the pressing process. Fermentation at a controlled temperature; After the fermentation follow stabilization, microfiltration and bottling.
FeaturesShiny straw yellow. The smell emit the fragrance of fresh citrus fruits, dried and candied , honey. The taste feels precious,  full-bodied with sparkles and a non intrusive sugary sensation, rather well balanced by the good acidity supporting an excellent drinkability.
MatchingPanettone, dry pastries, hazelnut cake, tarts, fresh and dried fruits. Pleasant as cocktail and refreshing drink in every moment of the day.
