VINIFICATIONMaceration of peels for 3-4 days with controlled temperature. Soft pressing and puring with autoclave until the foam grab; next the stabilization, microfiltration and then bottling.
FEATURESBrilliant violet ruby red. The smell is intense, with aroma of ripe fruits and wither rose. It tastes soft, harmonious and long-lasting, well-balanced thanks to acidity that well balances the sweetness.
MATCHINGDry pastries, fruit desserts and hard or semi-hard matured cheese, very intriguing as an aperitif.
