Brachetto d’Acqui DOCG 2014
|Vinification||For this typical Piedmontese red wine, of the Alessandro Motta farm, a strictly manual harvest is carried out in 20 kg perforated boxes. Then a soft destemming of the grapes is then carried out to allow “gently” to obtain all the juice present at the inside them. The next step to get this Piedmontese red wine is the alcoholic fermentation of the skins in steel tanks at a strictly controlled temperature for 10-15 days with frequent punching down and pumping over.|
|Features||Tasting Piedmontese wines means not only drinking and enjoying the pure tasting of a glass of wine, but also having the curiosity to search and capture all the reflections of color, the bouquet of perfumes, in all their nuances, fix and recognize the aromas which result in tasting, and persistence in the mouth.|
