The territory of Monferrato, a historical region of Piedmont, was recognized a few years ago as a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to the universal value for the deep-rooted culture of wine and the extraordinary landscape shaped by man, with the aim of cultivate the vine.
Alessandro Motta’s family, since the 90s, presents itself as a point of reference in this field: their production of wine located in the municipality of Castel Rocchero, adding to today 4.5 hectares, the goal, over time, is to vinify all the hectares of property by increasing the production of bottles, keeping the quality and the typicality of the wines firm.
Alessandro Motta’s family has expanded to promote online sales on their site. In this way, reaching all of Italy, they offer their three main wines to which they devote particular attention dictated by their ancient passion. They have a Piedmontese red wine, Barbera d’Asti, Brachetto d’Aqui and a Piedmontese white wine, Moscato d’Asti.
